In-floor heating with tile
With Kelowna winters, heated tile floors in bathrooms and entryways are a luxury that pays for itself in daily comfort. We coordinate the electrician scheduling so the dedicated 240V circuit lands on the right day. The mat is laid + embedded in self-leveling compound the day before tile.
Tile takes longer than any other flooring — a 120 sqft bathroom takes 3–5 days on-site including grout cure and sealing. Plan accordingly.
