How Long Does Flooring Installation Take in Kelowna?

• Luxury Vinyl Plank: 300–500 sqft per crew per day. Slightly faster than laminate because planks are heavier and clip easily.
• Engineered Hardwood: 200–300 sqft per crew per day for floating installs, 150–250 sqft for glue-down or nail-down.
• Solid Hardwood: 150–250 sqft per crew per day — slower because of nail-down installation and acclimation requirements.
